The construction of a new duplex at Westview Retirement Community in Grant, Nebraska is progressing rapidly, and we are seeking elgible applicants who are interested in taking advantage of this unique living experience.

The square footage of a duplex at Westview is 1,072 plus a garage. Total price of the duplex is $94,000, with a monthly service fee of $290.

Payment for a duplex dwelling is made through an Equity Refund Plan. The plan has been designed for those who wish to convert their current assets into retirement housing.

The equity payment made is equal to the value of the duplex dwelling. When a resident leaves the dwelling, either by choice or death, Westview will pay to the resident or resident's estate an equity refund based on the following schedule: 98% for the first calendar month of occupancy for calendar months 2-46 of occupancy the original payment will be amortized at a monthly rate of one-half percent and for months 47 and thereafter, 75% will be refunded.
